Where the questions in this series come from
From consulting work, not from the literature. Who owns a decision once a system has prepared it? Who answers for how that system is configured? And what does it cost when neither has been settled?
I asked these questions in projects first, and found how rarely they have an answer. Not because nobody is responsible — but because the responsibility sits in a different place from the consequences.

Talks and workshops
I speak on this book to executive boards, business associations, chambers, advisory and supervisory boards: where the gap between cheap generation and costly checking ends up when nobody assigns it, and how a leadership team can tell where it lands in its own organization. 40 to 60 minutes with discussion, on site or online.
For leadership teams there is a version with a working session: after a short talk, each executive classifies one AI use from their own area, using the situation analysis from the book.

How these books are made
This book too was made with substantial help from artificial intelligence. It was directed, revised, adapted, corrected, and released by a human being — with a name, not anonymously.
That is the position argued here: AI supplies material. Whoever answers for it stays a person.
